How do I reset my Health Service Connection?
A reset of your health service connection may be needed if permissions need to be changed or to solve issues where no recent data has been collected. Please follow these steps:You may already have completed the first 2 steps below already in the app.
Reset Connection Steps
1) Login to the app and go to the 'Health Hub'.2) Tap the gear icon and then tap the 'RESET' button in the popup that appears.
3) If a 'CONNECT' button appears instead, skip to Step 4. 3) Once processed, you should get a confirmation message and a button linking to this FAQ.
4) Please then follow these steps depending on your previous health service connection:
Android - Fitbit
If CereMind was connected to your Fitbit app and a Fitbit compatible smart watch, please follow these steps:
1) Open your Fitbit app and go to your profile at the top right. Tap 'Your Data in Fitbit'.
2) Find 'Connected apps' and tap 'Manage connected apps'.
3) On the next screen should be a 'CereMind' entry. Tap 'Disconnect'.
4) Delete the CereMind app on your device and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
5) Log back in to the app and complete the Health section.
Android - Garmin
If CereMind was connected to your Garmin Connect app and a Garmin smart watch, please follow these steps:
1) Open your Garmin Connect app and go 'More' at the bottom right. Scroll down and tap 'Settings'.
2) Tap 'Connected apps'.
3) On the next screen should be a 'CereMind' entry. Select it to see more information.
4) Tap 'Disconnect'.
5) Delete the CereMind app on your device and reinstall it from the Google Play Store.
6) Log back in to the app and complete the Health section.
iOS - Apple Health
If CereMind was connected to your Apple Health app and an Apple Watch, please follow these steps:
1) Delete the CereMind app on your device and reinstall it from the Apple App Store.
2) Log back in to the app and complete the Health section.
