A 'Data Not Available' popup appears when I try and access a health metric. What do I do?

There are a few reasons why this can appear in the app:
1) More data needs to be collected and synced in order to show you trend data.
2) Garmin Connect app users sometimes have to open the Garmin Connect to initiate full syncing of data.
3) Certain data metrics may not be available with your smart watch / wearable.
4) No recent data has been collected because required health data permissions were not allowed. Please see the below steps on how to check your permissions.

If permissions are allowed and no recent data seems to be collected, we recommend to reset your health service connection.

Please be aware that the 'Mood' and 'Happiness' health data metrics do not require any health data permissions.

Check Health Permissions Steps

Android - Fitbit

If CereMind is connected to your Fitbit app and a Fitbit compatible smart watch, please follow these steps:

1) Open your Fitbit app and go to your profile at the top right. Tap 'Your Data in Fitbit'.
2) Find 'Connected apps' and tap 'Manage connected apps'.
3) On the next screen should be a 'CereMind' entry if permissions have been set. Select the arrow to see more information.
4) The permissions will be shown in a bullet pointed list. For each of these data metrics these data permissions need to be in the list:
  • 'Resting HR' (Resting Heart Rate): Heart rate
  • 'HRV' (Heart Rate Variability): Heart rate
  • 'RPR' (Respiratory Rate): Breathing rate
  • 'Sleep' (Sleep Score): Heart rate & Sleep
5) If not all needed permissions are present for data metrics you want to access, please reset your health service connection.

Android - Garmin

If CereMind is connected to your Garmin Connect app and a Garmin smart watch, please follow these steps:

1) Open your Garmin Connect app and go 'More' at the bottom right. Scroll down and tap 'Settings'.
2) Tap 'Connected apps'.
3) On the next screen should be a 'CereMind' entry if permissions have been set. Select it to see more information.
4) Permission settings may be shown as a list of toggles. 'Daily Health Stats' controls health data access.
5) If not all needed permissions are present for data metrics you want to access, please reset your health service connection.

iOS - Apple Health

If CereMind is connected to your Apple Health app and an Apple Watch, please follow these steps:

1) Open your Apple Health app and go to your profile at the top right. Tap 'Apps' under 'Privacy'.
2) On the next screen should be a 'CereMind' entry if permissions have been set. Select the arrow to see more information.
3) The permissions will be shown in a list with toggles. For each of these data metrics these data permissions need to be enabled:
  • 'Resting HR' (Resting Heart Rate): Resting Heart Rate
  • 'HRV' (Heart Rate Variability): Heart Rate Variability
  • 'RPR' (Respiratory Rate): Respiratory Rate
  • 'Sleep' (Sleep Score): Resting Heart Rate & Sleep
4) If not all needed permissions are present for data metrics you want to access, use the toggles to update your permissions.
